Frequently asked questions

Which price tracker should I trust?
CoinGecko is independent and the industry's default; CoinMarketCap is the most visited (and Binance-owned since 2020). Cross-checking both — plus on-chain data on DeFiLlama — is a healthy habit.
How do I verify a transaction actually happened?
Look it up on a block explorer (Etherscan for Ethereum, Mempool.space for Bitcoin). If a payment isn't visible on-chain, it didn't happen — no matter what a screenshot says.
